I started training in Convegys last week. I got myself a part-time offer and I'm trying not to bust my chances. We got instructions in grammar, phone manners, culture and typing. Actually, I'm currently typing this post very slowly because I'm trying to use all of my fingers. During exercises my finger starts to cramp but now I'm relaxed. I am going to practice as much as I can.
